United Autombile Insurance Forgey insurance application and refsuing to pay insurance claim of the other driver. Had me both as insurer and excluded driver. OakBrook Illinois
I first discovered that I was labeled as excluded driver on my policy. the insurance persons at United Autombile insurance signed my name on exclusion lette as me being insurer now they have tried to lie and say that I was excluded reporting it to the depart of Insurances. Forgey and insurance fraud and they are refusing to pay for a claim. On may 2007 I was faxed a letter from them stating that they had refused to pay for claim and didn't infomr me of this issue until now. They are a very bad insurance company who lied and wont pay for insurance claim which is resulting in lawsuit for the other party against me.
