In Oct of 2007 I purchased a plan with a sales lady for this company named Lindsey.I was very leary about giving out my banking info and i was assured that i was in good hands.
My wife is very sick she is being treated for cancer so i felt that i needed something for her as we was being cancelled off my current employers insurance.
Well my wife had got very sick and i soon found out we couldnt use the plan i purchased because i didnt have the money up front for the treatments and i was told by Lindsey that these pre existing conditions would be covered with no waiting period.
Everything i was told about this plan was a flat out lie.I tried to contact Lindsey and could never get a return call so I tried contacting the company at this time with no response at all i finally got a call from a Mr.Joel Combs which did me no good they would not refund my money or pay a dime towards the 31,000.00 in medical bills i had obtained.
What i found out is i have a discount plan with some actual insured benefits this is a very bad way to do business and i think any company or persons who do this kind of business should be shutdown immediately.
This has me in a bind at a time where i need to be here for my wife not worried about money issues.
I hope no others fall victim to this scam and to the person who sold me this discount junk i hope god blesses you.
My lawyer is working on resolving this for me.So wish me the best of luck.
