Although NationalPayday.com does not appear to be the basis for this complaint, we do see that we are listed in the title and would like to address this complaint formally. We would like to extend the comments, for the record, that based on any customer's payment issue that we are always willing to work out payment arrangements with our customers during difficult times. Furthermore, the unethical calling and faxing practices described in the complaint and follow-up are not those condoned or practiced by NationalPayday.com.

i received a fax requesting my signature authorizing payment for one of my payday loan. i faxed the infor to my rep who is handling this situation onmy behalf. earlie he called and i told him i could not speak to himn and to not call me at work. he then sent that fax to me with NO COVER SHEET NO WARNING THAT HE WAS SENDING THIS FAX. THAT IS DIRECT VIOLATION THAT HE CAN NOT DO THAT. SO NOW WE WILL FILE A COMPLAINT WITH HIM AND HIS COMPANY. FYI.
