When you take a loan of this type, you have to read the fine print. As much as you want them to obide by your rules, their rules are all that matter. As ridiculous as it sounds, if you don't like faxing the proper documentation to them in time, then you're the one to blame. In the fine print of the loan, it clearly divulges how you pay them back. Even in your approval email it divulges how you will be charged if you don't fax the proper documentation to them by a certain date. They are very very clear on how and what you need to do. If you were to have taken more time to prepare yourself and not assume that his company is like all other payday loan websites, you would have avoided your headache. It took me two minutes to find their phone number online. Granted it isn't very convenient that it isn't on their website, but you have to use other resources when it comes to your own money!
