it doesnt work at all.I called them and told it doesnt.they give you just 4 days to call in,to tell them.if you dont.you are stuck with the product that dont work.and I did call these people to tell them in time to cancel the contract,but they say I didnt.do not do anything with these people.thry are out to take you.especially poor and elderly people

 I financed a kirby through this company.in 2014.I have been paying on this for 2 yrs.this product has been sitting in my closet for 2 yrs bc it doesnt work.it doesnt do anything it is suppose to do.I called them in time to cancel the contract.but thy are saying I didnt.now I am stuck with a product that sucks.I took it to the nearest place in my city and they refused to take it back.these people are rip offs.I will never finance anything through them again

To any consumers reading this, when you do cancel, make sure you absolutely have proof that you mailed in your notice in time.  These Kirby dealers will swear up and down they didn't get your mail, so make sure you have a tracking notice/send certified, etc.

We are sorry to hear you are not using your Kirby Home Care System that you purchased two years ago.

 

Please contact our Technical Assistance Representatives for help.   Please explain how the system is not working and most times they can get you up and running over the phone.  If it becomes necessary, they can also provide you with a location to have the system examined, if that becomes necessary.   

 

Please call 1-800-437-7170. Representatives are available Monday through Friday 8:00 am- 6:30 pm and on Saturday 9:00 am- 5:00 pm, EST.

 

We understand your comments in regard to the telephone call you indicated you made to cancel.  However, if you review the contractual agreement you signed at thet ime of purchase, you were required to sign, date and mail your notice of cancellation to the distributorship on that contract, with a postmark within the 3 business days as allowed by the Federal Cooling Off Period.  Your comment, again, indicated you made a telephone call.  

 

We hope that you call our Technical Assistance line so that you may use your Kirby.  We look forward to assisting you.
