Where is my Check? I never seen it. I was told that UNITED CREDIT SOURCE ONLY GAVE refunds if you complet their program for 1 year.

They can say all they want, but you need to know that I never got a refund and I requested in Jan that my service be stopped, but for 2 months they still took money out of my account. I had to place a stop payment from my bank to stop the and let them know if any more money was taken out I was filling charges. Still I have never seen the Refund that they are talking about. ONE MORE LIE TO ADD TO EVERYTHING!! THE PERSON WORKING ON MY ACCOUNT HAD MY CREDIT REPORTS WITH IN A THE FIRST TWO WEEKS OF MY SERVICE THEY TOOK MONEY OUT OF MY ACCOUNT FOR 2 MONTHS B/F STARTING TO WORK ON MY ACCOUNT!! BE WARE THEY STILL MAKE PROMISES THAT THEY DO NOT AND CAN NOT DELIVER DO NOT BE SCAMMED LIKE I WAS.

The worst part about this complaint is that the entire report is completely untrue and baseless in claim. Kisha was a customer of United Credit Source and signed a contract for services with the company. Within that contract there are items that as a customer she must do so that we can provide her with proper service. So here are the facts regarding her account: 1. After 2 months of over 20 phone calls to Kisha from United Credit Source (most unreturned by Kisha) we finally received her initial credit reports to begin service. An important note here is that our customers receive the full level of service they pay for so a delay in getting initial reports furthers their length of service even though it costs the company more money to provide that service. 2. Her complaint that she called to cancel and we still withdrew money for 2 months is also completely baseless. She cancelled in April and her last payment to the company was in March. The company cares so much about ensuring satisfaction that they record all phone calls and have a software system that forces documentation of all calls. When she cancelled the company immediately stopped all billings. 3. She did request a refund and the company did honor that request and sent a refund check for $316 on 4-14-09 which is the most shocking thing of all about this fraudulent report. We still refunded money even though we did work on her file for 5 months and had various items deleted. The real question is who is ripping who off here? The company did everything promised and more by refunding money that was earned because work was done simply because they want to keep customers happy. This company has served over 5,000 customer in 2008 alone and there are a lot of satisfied customers. Kisha has no basis for her claims and there are no reasons for her to file this report. This is an honest company with the highest level of integrity and false, fraudulent, baseless, lame comments like these dissuade customers from using an honest company like United Credit Source.
