This email came to me with my social security number displayed in it first thing saying I was a respondent in a lawsuit where I owe money. The person writing this email is very improper with their grammar and doesn't understand how to form a sentence in English which gave the first indication it was a scam. If you receive an email exactly like or similar to the one I received immediately call equifax or trans union and put a fraud alert on your credit. It will save you a hassle of problems with your credit They threaten to contact the FBI headquarters and tell you that you owe $1120.00 DO NOT PAY THIS AT ALL.
