Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
In an attempt to secure a loan with United Financial Education, my husband and I were told an upfront fee to fix certain "yellow flags" on our credit report would be needed.  This $500 fee was for "processing".  A loan was to be funded within two weeks, then four weeks, then six weeks, etc. etc.   I knew something didn't add up so I started to research the company.  I requested information from them on numerous occasions as to their credibility and only got return phone calls attempting to reassure me they were legitimate.  Never once were they able to supply me with any concrete evidence that they were an ethical company so I decided to do my own digging.  When I confronted UFS with the facts that I found, they never responded except to call me a nuisance.  Still no supporting information that they are a legitimate company...  A nuisance is having to put in this much time and effort to make sure somebody else doesn't get ripped off like my husband and I would have.   The bottom line is UFS would have taken our $500, strung out the time frame of when we would get said "loan" and come up with an excuse in the end as to why we didn't quality for it.  It's a typical scam that is rampant on the Internet.

The following is a small portion of what I found.

United Financial Education and Services does not have a business license on file with City of Deerfield Beach City Hall.
UFS is housed within the same building as Dynamic Consulting Enterprises (148 N Federal Highway).  Since this building only houses two offices, I would assume UFES is also a part of Dynamic Consulting.  I find it even more interesting that Dynamic Consulting's president, Michael Sichenzia (#03R1394), has been arrested four times for fraud for bilking money from unsuspecting consumers.

There have been nine complaints filed with the Better Business Bureau in Florida regarding Dynamic Consulting and one found on ripoffs.com about their unethical business practices.  There is NOTHING to be found on United Financial Education and Services within the FTC nor is the company affiliated with NFCC (that was verified by their company).  If the company was legitimate, information would be available other than a phone number and nicely laid out website.

I love the part on their website that says "How can I check on the credibility of United Financial"? and the answer is "We think the best endorsement comes from people we have helped.  We get letters every day from happy clients thanking us for the peace of mind our guidance and expertise has helped them achieve."   Yet after one week nobody could produce one single item assuring me that you are a credible company.

Oh, and one of the biggest clues (and there were many) that you weren't legitimate?  The one man I spoke to who kept calling me "hon"....  yeah, really professional company.
