United Games JEFF HENDERSON, FOUNDER AND CEO Fraud - did not cancel when requested - would not refund $9.99 Utah
I became an "affiliate" of United Fames. I paid my $9.99 monthly fee for many months. In the middle of Jan 2017 I used their online function the was a one click unsubscribe which said "Deactivate with out refund". A screen indicated I was deactivated". You can imagine my surprise when I was charged $9.99 again in February! Then I contacted customer service requesting they deactivate my account immediately and please reimburse the $9.99 Feb transaction. They refused.
