United Health Benefits Scam; rip-off; totally fake La Jolla California
It all started with an on-line inquiry about health insurance. I think they were the first I spoke to. Right away they wanted $290.00. They got that.
Less than a month later, I contacted them, via phone, and talked to John. Told him I wanted to cancel. He told me to send him an e-mail stating that. I did. That was in September.
Here it is the end of December and about $900.00 later, they still are taking money out of my checking account. I have actually talked to Pam in customer service twice. Now all I get v-mail.
I am unemployed, which is why I thought I needed this program in the first place. I have numerous medical problems and thought this was a good idea. I guess that is where my thinking gets me. Broke!!
Anyway, I would really like to get these people. I can't get them to stop taking money out of my account. According to the bank, they have to do it. What is an honest person to do?

HELP GETTING YOUR MONEY BACK

First, find out from your bank the name address phone of their bank. (They must tell you.) Write a letter stating your facts and stating the amount of money you want back from the company. Print out all correspondence/email that was sent. Make several copies, get several envelopes and send to:: 1)Their bank 2)Your bank 3) attorny general of your state 4) attorny general of their state 5) Their company. Let all of them know who received these letters. They must have a Merchants Account at their bank in order to debit from other peoples accounts. If their bank gets more than 2 complaints of unauthorized tapping into accounts they will be shut down. And SHOULD BE !!! Merchants Accounts are only to be used by trusting people. Go for it !!!
