United Home Relief James McInerney , Matt Oliver riped me off and failed to fullfill their obligation, now my family is becoming homeless. Smithtown, New York
my nightmare started in feb.2009 i was led to United Home Relief because my work slowed and money got tight in 2008. my parents had helped me all through 2008 trying to hang on . they could no longer help and were having money problems themselves.
Jim told me i qualified and it should only take roughly 3 mounths. my lender at that time was Taylor Bean & Whitiker out of orlando Fl. i was told to stop making my payments cause it would move things along faster. then i was strung along for six mounths till in july the federal gov. shut down Taylor Bean for wrong doing.
all through this it was hard to keep in touch with and recieve call backs from jim and matt. and when i did hear from them they just kept telling almost done , by the end of the mounth it will be over . then my loan ended up with Bank of America ,and they told me that was a good thing . they were easy to work with, and should be wraped up shortly after i was entered into their system.
In august i had to update my financials with Bank of America through United Home Relief matt told me that it shouldn't take very long and they told me not to worry i would not loose my home. i continued to have a hard time keeping in touch and getting call backs do to them never answering the phone or e-mails . all through september i only able talked to them a couple of times .
finally in october they gave me hope that it would be over when the told me that they would have the figures for me on monday or tuesday around the end of the mounth . that was the last time i heard from them i left messages what seemed every day through november . i never got any call backs and in december when i called i was told the number had been disconected . i went to there web site and it was gone .
now i have heard from Bank of America saying that they are forclosing on my home and me and my family will now be homeless. Beware of Jim and Matt they will string you along and rip you off in the end .
