Complaint Review: United Laser Clinics Michelle Droulos - Nationwide

Michelle Droulos is an unprofessional business owner who stole money from me and several other clients. I purchased several packages from them for laser hair removal and they closed their Illinois locations without notifying anyone and will not refund my money or guarantee the services and the 3 year maintenence agreement I paid for!!! So, to her, a signed agreement means nothing. She does not return calls or emails. They will probably be doing the same to their other locations soon. This has happened 3 times now. Lincoln Park, Algounquin and then Woodridge. Pretty soon all her clients will be jilted out of their prepaid packages. New clients considering doing business with them...BEWARE! Please contact the Better Business Bureau and look at all the reports online from countless people who were victims! Also, they promise great results in 6 sessions and that is a complete lie! Their equipment is outdated (per past employees statements..who she ended up firing all the time) Please consider going elsewhere for better treatment and better overall service.
