I answered a letter requesting information on Mortgage Protection Insurance and Curt Platt from Equis Financial had called me a we setup an appt to come to me house. He showed me some policies and I did not even have time to think about it and before you knew it, I had signed papers. He needed a voided check for ACH payments so I gave him a voided check. 

After a few days, I had reconsidered and Emailed Curt to cancel the policies. I was informed from Curt that The policies were in the process but he would try and cancel them. I was informed the next day Via Text that they were cancelled. 

Here is where I made a mistake. I emailed Curt and asked for a different quote and quote only. He emailed me back and said he would get back to me in a couple of days. I never heard from him and Today, I checked my bank acct and there was a charge for 164.07 from United/LBS. I have sent Curt Platt an Email, Text and left a voice mail. I will also call the bank on Monday and dispute the charges.
