United Micro did not send me all of the items, 1 item was also bad, would not issue refund, then claimed that i never contacted them but i have copies of the emails, and phone calls to them, ripoff Solon Ohio
I placed an order for a computer. They never shipped out 2 memory sticks that I ordered and the power supply was bad. The computer also came with a glob of tune and mayo on top of it.
I called up to find out what was going on. They claimed that no food is allowed back where they build the systems and that everything was shipped out and that it was impossible for them to not send me the items. They refused to send the items or to issue a refund. They then told me they would call me back in 20 minutes.
I waited all day and never received a call back. I called them several times and they claimed that they were busy with other customers then hung up. I filed a claim with my credit card company but the claimw as denied. United Micro claimed that everything was shipped out and that I never called or emailed them. But i have proof - i have a copy of the emails and the phone calls I made to them!
Do not do business with this company!!
