Had a similar problem with UPS. 89 days later they were still giving me the runaround. UPS had put a $9000 watch in the screen door and driven off. The customer calls me and wants to know where is his watch. On the 90th day I call up UPS and demanded to speak to the President of UPS. It was kind of funny. I swear, I was put on hold 8-10 times. Each time they'd put me on hold I'd hang up and call back again. Finally they transfered me to a honco who got me a check in 2 days, which they delivered. Never did speak to the Pres. though. Just keep going up the food chain to get some action, same rules apply to other corp. too. Good luck.
