United Production, Inc. AKA Never Shave Again, AKA Finally Free Finally Free Product is overstated/overrated. Followed rules to return it. They will not refund my money as promised. They are frauds. Don't waste your time or money Linden, New Jersey
I purchased the Finally Free Hair removal system, received it and it didn't work..no light no nothing. called, they said because I had a "warranty" I could return it. I paid to return it. they sent me another one that looked used and was different than the first one they sent me. I tried it and was not impressed. Nothing happened. I called to get my RMA number-they gave me one and said it had to be returned by the original purchase date--they didn't care that it was never used until I received the second one 2 weeks later. Paid to return it again. They said it would be 3 to 4 weeks to get my refund. It's been 7 weeks and they still haven't refunded me my money. I ended up spending $146.16 on something that doesn't work. Of course they don't refund your money on the extra patches that are purchased or for the costs to have it shipped back now twice. Everytime I call the customer service line, people that answer the phone don't have a clue as to what's going on. There is no one higher up to talk to, and they have never returned my email. BEWARE. This company will rip you off.
