United Production Inc. This Ripoff Company Advertises your money back if not satisfied. I ordered the Never Shave Again starter kit, I returned my kit, I didn't get my refund. THIS COMPANY DOESN'T KNOW ITS OWN ADDRESS! Linden New Jersey
I ordered the Never Shave Again,hair removal starter kit believing I could get my money back if I was not happy with the product,withen 30 days.I tried the product and it didn't work at all.Knowing I only had 30 days, I contacted the company through thier website for the return number and address.I sent my package and waited for my refund.
About a week later my package returned,denied at that address,I contacted the company again and was given a different address. Not even in the same town as the first address!They kept my package that time,AND MY REFUND!
First they said my refund was being processed.I waited a couple of weeks more and contacted them again.Then they said that my 30 days was up and I would not be getting my money back.I told the Company I had a copy Of the e-mail they had sent with the wrong address. That didn't bother them.
I turned the Company into The BBB of New Jersey.
