Since we have entered our last comment. We have received yet another letter from the company stating that we needed to send the "materials in the original box, or package in good condition along with a written request for a full refund. Also stating this is not a intentional delay." We have sent them several letters to which we have copies of informing them that we did not receive any materials and that is the reason for our refund. Mind you we payed out $319.77, yesterday we got a check from them for $47.50! They cashed a check for $147.50 and yet they call the $47.50 a complete refund. They also had no problems in cashing money orders for over that amount. We still wait to hear from the BBB! Don't allow yourself to be taken by the people of this company We have been trying to get our money back since the first letter we wrote informing them we didn't receive our stuff we ordered in April. Our first letter was sent to them on May 14th, 2004.
