The apparent difference between you, the merchant and me, the consumer, is that I wont go for being "jerked around"...they will get one-ONE phone call and if that doesn't resolve the problem...I will haul their collective posteriors into Small Claims Court and that will be the end of it.
I believe you folks know that I have been endlessly patient regarding getting this system up and running CORRECTLY once and for all.

This letter is just part on an ongoing series of mishaps involving the pool sweep; the salt/chlorine generating system...all replaced for several thousands of dollars and now they drag their feet in getting the heater company to honor their warranty.
It seems that the so-called pool maintenance business is loaded with flakes all to eager to fleece the unwitting consumer. To their credit they are as awful as all the rest we've encountered in the greater Palm Springs area.
