First I would like to apologize to Richard Hargus for saying some of the things that I said on my first report! I still feel that it was wrong of Michael Gill to do what he did to people that trusted him but Richard did what he could to help me I over re-acted when I couldn't get in touch with him and I heard the message on his answering machine, that is why I went to rip off report, you are right Richard you did contact me more then I stated in my first comments and you did set up the payment plan for us you also filed all the taxes years for us.. I would still hope that you will be willing to help us if we need your help I am sorry for any harm this might have done to you and your family I understand now that this was probley as big of a shock to you as it was to us. I hope you accept my apology and will email me after you read this with a response... but I really hope Michael Gill gets what is coming to him carma is a B****. For all the people involved I am sorry but Richard did do alot for us my frustrations are with Michael Gill not Richard he did what he could!!! Thank you Dalanie Colorado Springs

Delanie: Based on the information that you posted on rip-off report that I only spoke to you 5 times and e-mailed you only 8 times I find according to my records (call logs and e-mails) that this is not true. I have called you or taken your calls 36 times and exchanged e-mails at least 13 times. This is just what I have in my records and doesn't even include all of the contacts in USTRA's Goldmine account which I no longer have access to. This is a far cry from your numbers. And to say I only did a little bit of work for you is also not true. I have records of everything that we did for you over the past 3 years. If you will look at your contract it should state that it is good only for one year and I have been working on your case for the other 2 years for free. In fact, I was not even paid for working and completing your case by USTRA. However, I still continued to be willing to help you with your tax matter regardless of this fact. I have proof of all the work, phone calls, and e-mails that we made on your case and what you stated in the rip off report is incorrect. You state that you want to start a class action suit based on the work that was completed on your case. However, your work was completed and then I even went above and beyond to try to assist you. Your contract with USTRA called for and Offer in Compromise and /or installment agreement. I have prepared and provided for you paperwork to file for an Offer In Compromise on more than one occasion. I completed all of your past due tax returns. You were also set up on an installment agreement with a VERY affordable payment plan (slightly over $20 monthly), which I myself was surprised I was able to obtain for you at such a low amount. Your claims are invalid and I have proof and documentation of all of the work that was completed for you on your behalf. Your allegations against me are verifiably untrue. In fact, your husbands levy was due to the fact that you defaulted on a payment plan which was set up for you. According to your contract with USTRA, this would have voided your contract due to default. However, I went in and set the payment plan up again and prepared another offer for you of which you still have not mailed in to the IRS for processing. This is the second time that I prepared an offer for you that you did not mail in for processing. Now another tax year has come, and that return will have to be prepared and filed before you can submit an offer. I told you that I would not prepare this tax return, but even went so far as to file an extension for you free of charge as well. Up until now, I have continued to offered to help and assist you with regards to your tax matter on my own time and without pay. However, this is now no longer true and this will conclude my work for you. I will revoke my power of attorney immediately. Richard Hargus

I remember when you first called in. I answered it. I have nothing to say as far as Mr. Gill. However, Mr. Hargus is a good man and I wouldn't blame him for anything. He was following orders given by Mr. Gill. I will be completely honest with you when I say that at that time I believed everything Mr. Gill was saying too. I wish you all the best.
