Contact California Dept. of Corporation (COD) 1-866-275-2677 or www.corp.ca.gov There is a desist and refrain against this company to lend in California.

What does your contract say ? How many payments did you agree to make ? You failed to state this vital information when making your report.

"When do I repay? Your repayment is the best part. The minimum required payment will be deducted from your bank account. You get cash when you need it most and repay when you have it! Still a little short on payday? No problem! Online customers are automatically renewed every pay period. Just let us know when you are ready to pay in full, and we will deduct your loan plus fees from your bank account" I am assuming you are one of the online customers whose loan is being renewed every pay period. It looks like you have to call and tell them to take your payoff out of your checking account. Otherwise, you aren't making payments at all.. you are simply paying the loan fee for another extension. (renewal)

If they are doing auto debits from your checking account, the only way to stop this is to close the checking account out and have it re-issued under another number.
