Unitek Electronics Over Charge For Service Lansing Illinois
On May 25th 2017 I went into the Unitek shop to have my Alpine Bluetooth radio installed.... Prior to visiting the store, I stopped in to inquire about the cost of labor. I was told $100.00 to have the head unit installed w/ an Alpine KPC 445 power pack. I got the cost of the job in writing from Martin. Donna tried to charge me $75.00 to install the radio and $100 to connect the power pack (which is literally two quick connects) I showed Donna that her front man quoted $100 total for the complete job (she acknowledge that I was right) But refused to rectify the situation.... This place is toxic....Stay Away!
