The product and services were ordered with a 30 day money back agreement. After a few days I decided the business was not for me and returned the package...and expected my bank account to be refunded.
That was way back in March, today I still haven't had my money returned. The telephones keep repeating the same message over and over working to resolve...
Entering July now and wondering if I will ever see my money?
This is the e-mail response I got back from them in May.
We have received your e-mail and it has been forwarded to our Customer Service Manager. We will review your email in the order that it was received. Please be advised that we recently moved and have had longer than expected down-time of our customer service systems. We are working diligently to get these issues resolved.
