Universal Limousine prides itself on customer service and professionalism from our Customer Service Reps to our chauffeurs, we give 100% towards customer satisfaction. Therefore, it is imperative that our staff and chauffeurs are the proper individuals to provide that service. In response to Sues complaint, we do not discriminate by age, gender or race as it seems she is going to try every angle possible to cover up her shortcomings. Sue's job references showed a pattern of her coming into conflict with managment and her previous employers in addition to quitting various jobs within the first 2 months. Management offered Sue an opportunity because she had a great driving record, no criminal background, her personality was pleasant and she had been unemployed since 2007 and seemed eager to work. No experience is required to be a chauffeur. However, a clean driving record is required and a full background check is done in addition to considerable training. All of our vehicles are new 2007 and 2008 and are in impecable condition. Sue is supposedly licensed as a hair dresser, however she isn't happy with that profession either and was looking for a change.... Our accounting records show that Sue executed 15 rides within a six day period. Each ride generally taking an hour and a half to complete. This comes to approximately 22.5 hours to complete. Within this timeframe Sue's rides grossed $1456.80 which yes she pays gas and tolls, as do all limousine drivers (explained to her initially). Her take home amount (which includes all her cash transactions as well as credit card payments) was $728.00 in six days and 22.5 hours it took to execute these rides. Sue was unfortunately already in financial trouble, and although our staff tried to assist her in understanding her calculations that were always off, she was not grasping standard mathematics. We are a very dedicated company and we wish Sue only the best of luck in the future and hope that she finds the profession that will suit her. Universal Limousine
