Back in May of this year I got involved with this company, "Universal Marketing Network." They gave me a pharmaceutical website too, and I could actually access it. I spent $250 just to get set up, and purchased $5000 worth of advertising, which was supposed to be done by them.. Since I was very reluctant and suspicious of the company, the advertising guy said he'd give me $10,000 worth of advertising for the $5000 I paid. Until today, I had a traffic report website to go to so I could check and see how much traffic I had to my website. Today, for some reason, I no longer have access to the traffic report website. It actually was getting anywhere from 25 to 100 hits a day when I could access it. With 100 hits a day, I would have expected some results, but I have received no checks in the mail, as they said I would after a few months. When I call them, all I get is a recording, and they may or may not call back. One thing I noticed that while you are a new customer, and they still don't have your money, is they call you "honey" or "sweetie" on the phone. That's supposed to make you feel good about dealing with them, I guess. They tell you that once you start getting checks in the mail, you will want to continue with their program. They also tell you that they don't make any money unless you make money. They tried to get more than $5,000 out of me but I wouldn't risk any more than that. I should have gone on my gut instinct and never gotten involved with this company, but I was looking for a way to make money on the internet and this sounded good. I don't expect to ever hear from them and I, too, would like to know how I can get at least some of my money back. If anyone else has been ripped off by this company, we need to file a class-action lawsuit. Please respond if you've had a bad experience with Universal Marketing Network in Phoenix or Tempe, Arizona.
