Complaint Review: Universal Marketing Solutions - Del Ray Beach Florida

If I put into words how I REALLY feel about these human rats...these street-filth, rehab program rejects, covered with tattoos and body piercings, stealing innocent, good, American peoples' money...I might get in trouble because my feelings towards them might be perceived as a threat. These "people" are human excrement. Their entire operation needs to be flushed down the toilet. If you saw what these "people" looked like, and what their "office" looks like, you'd vomit. They aren't people...they are the lowest of the low, predators...human monsters. Beware of their other names...they will also call you under Creative Home Mortgage Solutions and Fidelity First Title and Escrow. If anyone needs any info on or help in dealing with this scum, please feel free to e-mail me at [email protected] and I'll do whatever I can to help. I've already reported them to the State of Florida Attorney General's Office and the Delray Beach Police Department. They are being investigated as I write this, but unfortunately, they cannot be shut down just like that. Bill

I used to work for Universal Marketing Solutions in Delray Beach, FL. I worked there for about one month, and then came to find out from the numerous complaints I was receiving and hearing about, plus from listening to the false promises of the other employees, that this is a TOTAL SCAM OPERATION. If you paid them any money up front via credit card, you will NOT get a refund unless you fight for it. Immediately contact your CC bank and dispute the charge. Also, you should contact the Delray Beach P.D., State of Florida Attorney General's Office, and the Florida Department. of Consumer Services. Beware of ANYONE calling from Universal Marketing Solutions. Their main players are Brian Morris, General Manager, Cloyd Holmes and Steve Folan, night-shift managers, Nikki Vecchio, Justice or "Jay" Bernard, Andrew Foreman, Daniel Ferrara, Gina Marie, Desiree, and a host of other scammers there. Their managers are Brian Morris, Cloyd Holmes, and Steve Folan. All three are total crooks, as are most of their employees, from what I observed. STAY AWAY!!!

Universal Marketing contacted me over 6 months ago in regards to selling my tahiti village resort in Las Vegas. One of their reps I believe his name was Jay or Jason said that they had a buyer lined up and ready to buy my property, the party had cleared the credit check and that Creative Home Mortgage was financing the timeshare. I paid 1100 dollars and since they processed my card absolutely nothing has happened. I call constantly to their customer service department but those pricks put me on hold forever and are extremly rude. I did some research on this Creative Home Mortgage and their not even a bank or financing entity, their not even in business anymore they have closed down just like every boiler room mortgage broker!!!! If you look on their website their office location is the same as Universal Marketing which to me seems a little odd and very shady, I have reported the owner of Creative Home Mortgage and the state is investigating and looking into both of these scam operations. To anyone out there do not I repeat do not try and sell your timeshare with Universal Marketing Solutions, THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!!!
