Universal Marketing Solutions Called and said that they had a buyer for my time shares in Branson Mo Delray Beach Florida
I received a call from Mr Fox in Oct 2008 stating thay had a buyer for my trime share in Branson MO.
Needed to authorize 2999.00 and 1398.00 to do Title search and transfer costs for banked weeks process would be complete in 45 days. Told do not pay next years maintaince fee new buyer will pay for that cost.
Time passed story was the buyers could not get financing. They had another buyer. Should close by December 08. Date pushed back to January. Then pushed back to March. Had to pay maintence fee plus late charge.
The sage continues on the same routine. Buyers cannot get financing. Date continues to be pushed back. Have asked for refund from company and credit card company. No luck. Since they are "advertising" credit card company will not refund.
Banked weeks have expired. Asked for fee back on those since not avaiable . No refund. I have dealt with a Mr Fox, Matt Hicks, Ashley ?, Donna, Vennesa, Nichole Vecchio. Have not ben able to talk to manager. They are always "out" or on another line. No manager has ever returned my call.
At this point I would like to say refund the money.
