Universal Propertys Lydia Mills Posed as having immediate buyer . Knows the area. After transfer of fee, has closed Ph. # and all contact Las Vegas, Nevada
Called me to say that they have immediate buyer looking for timeshare properties in Las Vegas. Processing fee will be returned at completion of sale
Phone number, fax number and address was active. Cashiers check mailed overnight to address. After they received and deposited check, they were to overnight me the documentation for the transfer of title to be submitted to county recorders.
As it turned out, no mail andphone numbers canceled, email and web site not existing. Doing a reverse phone search with the phone company shows no business at that address and that phone number was disconnected.
Looked up the company on the web and there were numerous comments of people left high and dry after sending money. Timeshare owner be aware of scams and be lured into thinking you will sell your timeshare.
