University Of Phoenix Online They will rip you off, all they need is your money, teachers are don't care about ther student's success. I would like to participate in the lawsuit against University of Phoenix. Please write me. Phoenix Arizona
I enrolled in the IT program online. I started my first class in May, 2007.
It was a nightmare. Everything was so unorganized and to find assignments you have to look in 3 different places. They constantly had a technical problems, I wasn't able to open a reading assignment that was due next day and spend so much time on the phone with a tech support to resolve the issue. Then I managed to submit all my assignments and when I got my final report didn't see a grade for one of the biggest assignments. When I asked a teacher why she didn't grade it, she simply told me that because she didn't get it. I was like what?" I did submit it on time; how come you didn't even told me that you didn't get it until now? I would just resubmit it right away if for some mysterious reason you didn't get it you should let me know while it's not too late. Well she said that it's too late now and she give me a D " grade for entire class which cost me $1,500.00. I lost my money. I guess they don't care much about you how much you know or how good you are, all they need is your money. I was trying to explain my teacher that I am a single mother and I had no life for those 5 weeks that I was study super hard to complete all my assignments at time and financial trouble that I went true. But she told me it's not in her power to change the grade even if she wanted to. Then I asked what I can do in this situation, she said to submit a grade dispute letter to my Academic Advisor. I did submitted 2 letters and only got my second one which was denied for following reason: The issue is between me and my instructor who must be able to make a decision about my grade and it is in my instructors power to change my grade.
So what is it now? I paid $1,500.00 for this class and my teacher simply does not care about my success at all and not willing to work with me on that. What kind of teacher is that? Who needs that kind of teacher? All they want is your money, they charge so much for such a poor quality of education.
I have never seen anything like that in my entire life!!!!!
