My complaint is similar to those already reported. The problem that stands out to me is the lack of continuity of the grievance process. It appears to me, based on my experience, that the grievance process is purely cosmetic and the only intention is palliative, to quiet the complainant. Can anyone refute this? Has any change ever resulted from a complaint? The rebuttals from UoPhx advocates on this website are all pablum. It's the same old company line, "...not for everyone, ....accredited....blah, blah blah." Never a direct answer to the complaint. Let me try to make specific points I think should be answered. No more hyperbole. Let's stick to facts.
1.) Make it clear that for $450.00/credit hour you get
a "facilitator" not a professor.
2.) Make it clear in your advertising thst you are not
a university but rather a for- profit corporation.
3.) Stop misleading implications in advertising that
working adults with family reponsibilites
can easily complete the course work.
