Don't trust Ms. Bailey's offer of help. If you were posting this same complaint on PhoenixConnect, which is the University's new brainwashing forum where things that only agree with the University's position may be posted, she would have deleted your complaint and banned you from being able to post again in the future. That's what her role is and she's not sorry about your experience. She still gets her paycheck either way.
