This company should be shut down.I wished my pastor had never let them hold a seminar at our church. They claimed to be Christians and advocates for homeowners, but are charging a arm and a leg to assist homeowners. I came into their office with my paper work on my loan and was told I needed to have a forensic and securitization audit because I had been a victim of predatory lending and that they can get my lender to get a principal balance reduction. The sales person pretty much guaranteed me of the results and told me they had helped several clients do this, but when I asked for proof non was provided. I still was compelled to give this a chance because I was in need of some help. The owner of the company Jim Burnett who I met before leaving that day boast about being a Christian and helping people. After my lack of results and my attempts to talk to the person who sold me on becoming a client.I began to get suspicious that I was wasting my money that I had used from my 401k. I'm a single mother of two and every nickel and dime matters to me.The sales person is no longer there and neither is the person that was supposed to be dealing with my bank. I stopped making my payments to them after a couple of months for lack of communication on my file and all the turn over they were having. I caution anyone to not do business with this company..$10,000 is alot to risk!!!!!!! Also I found out they have change there company name a couple of times which tells me something is wrong with this program starting from the top.
Ps look at this link about the other company they operated under
