I ordered a North Face down jacket for 270 dollars from them +50 dollars shipping to Australia. At first they didn't ship the jacket for ages, then I got a shipping confirmation but never received the jacket. When I contacted them about it they said I should give them more time, it was a post office issue and that they had filed a claim. Stupidly I believed them and by the time I got suspicious the paypal time limit on making a claim had passed, so I have no way of getting money back. Needless to say that I do not get any responses from them to my emails or phone calls anymore. Sounds like other people have had the same problems so it is obviously a scam!
