After having a terrible experience with this scam of a company, I recommend that everyone shop elsewhere! I had to have my credit card company step in due to none existing customer service! I tried numerous times to contact Michele Westin via emails and phone. She never responded to me or my credit card company.
Michele Westin double charged me for shipping! It took over 2 weeks to receive, she swapped my merchandise for a cheaper style.
Cheap quality products! Downtown scam!!
