I purchased a dinning room set on 8/28/2016 and the salesperson assured me to pick it up on Monday 8/29/2016. My husband arrived at the store it never came in from the warehouse. The manager in charged told him to not worry and that on Tuesday between 4-5 pm the furniture will be taken to his house at no cost. 

The furniture never arrived and I called that same day around 5:48 to ask them why my furniture had not arrived? The receptionist who answered was not aware of my delivery and she placed me on hold for about 10 minutes to ask someone about my furniture. She later answer the phone and said that it will arrive about an 1 hour 1/2. Once the furniture arrived my husband start to assemble the chairs and he noticed that three of the six chairs were not level correctly. 

So he thought that he had assembled them wrong and decided to flip all of them over to start measuring all the legs of the chairs. We noticed that all six chairs were completely scratched from the bottom. Also that the table had a big scratch in the center. We thought that we had purchased new furniture, but we were ripped off. 

The next morning, I gave them a call to inform them of the matter. The receptionist mentioned to me that the manager was not at the store, but that he would return the call. He called me around 3:30 pm to ask what was the isssue. As I proceed to explain the whole entire story, he said that he would exchange me the dinning room set. 

I asked when the new product would arrive and he said to come Thursday after 4 pm and that he would be calling me to assure me that it was at the store. Never received a phone call. Once I arrived at the store around 6 pm after work, no one was their to assist me. The employees were not aware that I was exchanging my product. They made me wait for about 3 hrs. with my three kids on a school night just to later inform me that the manager nor the person to inspect the product would never arrive. 

After calling the cops because nothing was being resolved the managers decided to show up. Once being aware that I had called the cops they decided that they will not exchange it and that all the sales are final. The cops could do nothing about it. They told me to take them to court, but I don't see why I should have to spend more money just to get a product that I paid cash for.

this lady did buy a piece of furniture in our store yes we told her to be ready on Monday we did call her on Monday morning to let her know that her table will not be ready for pick up till next day (Tuesday) yes she is correct any ways her husband came before she even communicate with him to inform that we didn't have the table and we offer her husband to drop off  for free and that we wouldn't assemble as soon as I got to her house the mother of one of them scream at me saying to step back of her door and wait for her daughter because she want me to set it up for free I said I will wait and 30 min later she show up screaming saying that this it was not a good service I should assemble any ways next day she call saying all the chairs were damage I said please bring it an I will exchange it for a new one on Thursday yes she got here at 6 pm and none of our driver were there one of our associate said they will be back in 30 min she start getting inpatient and they call me saying if they can give the table to her I said yes but we need to see the damage table is in boxes to be able to returned as well to the manufacture she said I don't have time for this bla bla well I said ok release the new table but we have to make sure she check it befoere she leave because the scratches are not normal in a brand new table this happens if the customer put them on a bare floor or carpet and we now thats the reason well she was still not comfortable with inspecting the new table  than she said well I want my money back when we were offering all the right or the best way to resolve this matter she called the police and you know that police will take time to come we close our business at 8 pm every day Monday-Saturday and she had to wait for so long because she want to take advantage of the store tryng to get compensate for something that she damaged well we new that police will not take any acction on civil matters and after the police told her to take us to court she went to me and said in spanish (pues deme la mesa nueva que me iban a dar y dejese la raspada)well let me take the new one then jajajaja no you call police to do all this drama now take what you damage and even the police had to explain her for the second time  that she had to take the damage one because we gave her the option to exchange it with out all this drama and she didn't want it now it was too late bye go home.

 If we go to court and take 30 boxes of new chairs may be 1 piece out of all 60 chair will come out scratch but not all the chairs as she claim she got them if the chair were not level even is because the people are not doing it right or the floors are not even but this lady got her table brand new scratched by her back to her house after all.

we do not sell used furniture because what she got was in boxes with all covers and she knows that GOD sees all what we do and we are blessing sorry for this bad experience we are humans not perfects thanks
