URS Auto Transport Division, Becky Verbruggen, Corie Hartman Bait and Switch - Price Hiked Me - Then Damaged My SUV. Warren Michigan
Never use this company. We had a contract for one price.... but when the vehicle arrived they charged me $200.00 more. The police do not care. It is a civil matter. If I ever meet Becky or Corie I will punch them in the face and laugh when they hit the ground. I will take a picture of their teeth on the ground. I will send it to every carrier they have screwed and there are many carriers that have been screwed by this broker. The truck driver opened up a tablet and proved this too me. URS is one of the worst of the worst brokers in the industry. Total Jerks that should be in jail for what they do to customers. They had the truck driver hold my vehicle hostage until I paid. The driver convinced me it was not his doing - it was all handled by URS. They lied to the truck driver too. Driver of truck turned out to be a piece of s**t because he never provided the proper bill of lading proving the damage to my vehicle was his vault. This is a violation of his operating authority. I blame URS Auto Transport Division for choosing this piece of crap carrier. A carrier that will receive his due soon. Very soon.
