US Alliance Group Inc Electronic Cash Systems Lied to regarding contract terms Rancho Santa Margarita Nationwide
I was lied to when signing an initial contract with ECS, which kept me bound to the contract for 5 years. I was told that it would be a two year deal. I was stuck paying fees for the whole term of the contract, even though I stopped using their service. I was then told that my account would automatically be closed after my contract expired. That didn't happen. I continued to get charged until I called them, then they had to mail me a cancellation for, and then they told me that I'll have to pay an additional fee to close the account. Merchants beware!
