US AUTO MANAGEMENT - AUTO PAYMENT SOLUTIONS RIPPED OFF!!! PHOENIX, ARIZONA
I have just found this site and was not surprised to find all of these complaints about US Automanagement. I am especially interested in what Brian and Scott have posted here. I would appreciate any response from anyone with info on an attorney or some ideas on how to stop these people.
I am in the process of purchasing a new home and a vehicle repossesion would not exactly help right now. Oh did I mention MVD has suspended my License Plates and Vehicle Registration due to no proof of insurance since Jan. 2005 (this is when US Auto Mgmt got my car).
Of course Dan Towsley (the owner) has said many times that there has always been coverage on my car. God forbid he find the proof and get it to me so I may re-instate it. Im not sure if the guy who has my car even knows about this. To Brian and Scott, I too live in Surprise. So I am up for a meeting also.

Anita, My father is in the same situation as you, Brian,Scott and everyoned else that this is happening to! These people need to be stopped, now! Please refer to www.superiorcourt.maricopa.gov/docket/civil/caseSearchResults.asp? This web site shows all of the civil cases that Mr. Towesley is involved with at the present time, and I'm sure the names of the attorneys will be posted there also, I am heavily involved in "solving" this problem for my father. All interested parties involved with Us Auto Management, aka Auto Payment Solutions in the Phoenix area need to get together, the media needs to get involved. I personally believe that this is a "car theft ring" I would not be suprised if these cars show up in Mexico. I have spoken with Mr. Towesley himself, and with Natasha, his "sidekick", I have also found out that Us Auto Management aka Auto Payment Solutioins has no license to conduct this kind of business, and is the subjuect of a state investigation in Arizona. Please let's get together and stop this from happening to anyone else.....I have gone out on a limb here, I'm posting my fax number, I would love for all of the people victimized by Mr. Towesley to unite and stop him, HE IS STILL CONDUCTING BUSINESS! I will keep fighting to bring justice to all of those taken by Us Auto Management. It pains me to see the termoil my father is going through.
