Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
I Recieved the same treatment as most complaints i read, i call us buildings after looking into the bbb for good companies for steel buildings, and i called u.s. buildings to ask a few questions, about there buildings but upon getting on the phone with the operator i was rushed into a conversation about the company giving me a big discount for letting them use the building i was to purchase for a demo in my area, and was asked to set up a appointment soon to recieve the discount,

i was set a appointment for the same day that week. for mr. mark asbner to visit my property site, and discuss the arrangments, i made a decision on a building but was offered another building because the prices were diffrent from the discounts offered on the phone by the repesenative, so the call was made by mark to his supossed to be boss, or partner to have a heated conversation over the price of the building, that was sitting in there warehouse due to non payment, he was making such a discount for, and after a five min over exsposed conversation,

the price was set, at the time i agreed and signed a pink piece of paper that was described as a recept for my deposit, my vision and the lighting was low in the room, i was not made aware of any contracts because it was just a purchase of a building that was already prepaired for delivery, they didnt have to do anything but deliver it, and there was no building on there behalf, i was responsible for construction, the date was set for the last week in june for delivery,

after recieving the blue prints for the building i seen that the dimensions had been cut down, and the gauge of the steel we discussed was diffrent, also the so called recept/contract was written up by mark that day in someone elses name so i decided that the building was not giong to fit my purposes, a called them june 15 to cancel my order, politely with the repesenative that i had spoke with before, and was transferred to a gentleman that said he would take care of it and get back to me, well a week went by so i called back and was transferred to a very rude ladie that said the gentleman i talked with before,

had no athurity and that they was not refunding my money and, i would be pursued by all there attorneys for the remainder of the payment, i politley explained that i knew there would be some exspenses for them filing the order but nothing had been done on there behalf, it was already in there warehouse and it had not been delivered, so why would they a good company want to keep my deposit of $1800. unless it was a scam? she was rude and unreasonable, so i excused from the conversation, i have not heared from them since, but im looking into away to get my deposite back, thats taking food out my kids mouth.

The person that filed this report is trying to get over on the company. He purchased per his own words 'a building that was sitting there for NON PAYMENT'. To be used 'as demonstration' (advertising for the company to find someone that needs a building in your zip code costs millions) to people 'in your area' So this guy decides to cancel his order a week before delivery- and think that he doesn't have to pay a dime for canceling a contract - no restock fee, no hold fee, no fee to again start the hunt for a person to show the building when someone wants to see it in person (no showrooms for this company or any others like Lowes or Home Depot) nothing - just a 'Hey it's okay that we held your building and wasted valuable space and time- don't worry about it" Sir- holding your building and advertising in your area costs thousands a month. Moving your building alone costs the company about $50-$100. It goes through many different hands of you cancel, which costs much more. Space on a truck alone can costs thousands dependent upon where you live and how big your building is. I myself have charged over $13,000.00 for delivery charges only for one building. Of course the person that purchased, took delivery. So now the building that was supposed to be delivered to this guy now has made an issue inside the company where two people now have to take time out of there day"S" to call many people in your area to see if they would be willing to take earlier delivery and even sometimes get a further discount that 'THIS GUY WILL NO MATTER WHAT NOT HAVE TO PAY FOR????' He signed a contract and he knows it. He is trying to screw the company and its not right.

Please contact me about US Buildings as they have scammed me out of $9000, and many others.
WE are forming a group so that some thing can be done, as NOTHING  is being done to investigate them with all our individual complaints.

Please contact me by phone 301-384-0000 or email - [email protected], as we need to join forces.

thanks, eileena york
