US Direct Express This company is a big ripoff and they steal your money and they have the worst customer service inthe world. Nationwide
this company has the worst customer service in the world and they straight up ripoff your money and when yo try to put i aclaim for charges that arent yours you cant even reach them because every time they transfer you their phone line claims they suddenly have an enormous amount of calls at that moment and all their people are busy and then hangs up on you. And forget about trying to talk to a supervisor because they cant or wont bother to even try to help you they just transfer you and hang up on you.
Also dont expect them to support your claim for fraudualent charges on your card they dont stop them or return your money. Also once you put your SS or SSI money on this card you cant change your direct deposit off of it unless you go to your local SS office in person if your lucky enough to have a local office. it cant be changed over the internet so for those of us without a local office well your just stuck. Dont believe the information on their website most of it isnt true its all lies.
