us direct express they charged me twice for 17.50 each for expidated card one i never revived and have police report san antinio texas
they need to be shut down by the goverment for charging unfair fees and custermer service sucjs. i asked for fees to be revised and they refused. contacted bbb and nothing yet all i want is my money back
