DIRECT EXPRESS 2 charges I did not make i disputed after a month they gave me a provisional credit and a month after that took the money back and overdrew my account worst customer service in the world they said i would have to get my money back from the retailers but i didnt make the charges so i dont know who the retailers are and direct express wont give me any imformationyou cant get through to customer servive EVER IT A NIGTMARE DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY
