US District Court Fraud, unsatisfied services, services not rendered Portland Oregon
I am a consumer purchasing a service from the us district court of portland, from the benton county circuit court and from the benton county sheriff's office parole and probation. I would like to file this as a consumer fraud, and a retaliation for filing this consumer complaint against US District Court of Portland Oregon and Benton County and or the State of Oregon. I had several services i had purchased from the US District Court of Portland and the results were unsatisfactory. No service rendered and I have been stuck with a bill due to not being able to state a valid claim. As for the circuit court of benton county, i am unsatisfied from the attorney representations received and the trial court service failed to provide a service. No service rendered and unrequested services. As for the parole and probation i am not receiving services that are adequate for consumers, no service is being rendered and i am in a contract i did not sign for. I am under duress in this contract which i also suffer retaliation for filing this as a consumer which both Oregon law, Federal law, and international laws prohibit businesses from such doing.

Since you are so worried about cost let me help you out. There may be people who don't understand what you are saying, so let me provide translation services of this report totally free of charge.
You were arrested for a crime you say you didn't commit, or perhaps you say it isn't even a crime. So you were given a Court Appointed Attorney.
The Attorney couldn't get you off of your crime and got the charges reduced if you would accept some sort of "plea". Where instead of massive Jail and Fines, you were given reduced Jail and Fines(or none at all) and an extended probation period.
You of course not wanting to go to jail and have to deal with that stress too the Plea Deal.
But then while on Probation, you got a taste of freedom and figured that you were some "low level" crime that if you start to ignore some of the terms of your Probation they won't care. Only to find out that is not the case and because of your violation you ended up right back in court fighting for your freedom.
Oh that's not what happened...Okay if you say my translation is wrong. Then why not tell us the details. Just what services did you "purchase" from the District Court? What are you being billed for? How did the attorney represent you unsatisfactory? What does the Parol and Probation have to do with this? Oh and most importantly please tell us specifically how they retaliated against you.
