Ordered from this company on May 10th; received email to allow 5 to 10 days for order to shipped; minutes later received another email which stated that Doctor has declined order;
on May 15th, 5 days later my debit card was charged the full amount , $117.00, I called the customer service number listed on the website; spoke to Anna in CS, she took my info and told me that I should receive a credit in 3 to 5 days;
As of today, no credit; I have called for the past 4 weeks, the same customer service number, and I haven't spoken to anyone; The company leaves me choice but file a debit card dispute and report the company to the FEDs
