I was misled by this website's fancy graphics and by what their advertisement said that they would do. The fact of the matter is that this company doesn't do anything but take your money. All of the rest of the work is done by you. The post office and city hall, as mentioned before, do about the same exact thing at less than half the price, and you don't have to pay fed-ex to send the forms to the federal passport agency. When you call to let them know that you would like a refund, they refuse to bend, and are well practiced at it. The part in the terms and conditions where they tell you about cancellations is incredibly difficult to understand, but basically they only give you 24 hours to cancel for a PARTIAL refund, however, they are not available to take your call 24 hours a day. All of this is obiously because they are well aware that they are not providing anyone with a service. They, themselves know that they are ripping people off and when push comes to shove they use the very confusing terms and conditions against you. We are a struggling family. My husband and I wanted to expedite the passport to make it to my husband's hometown so that our son could meet his grandparents for the very first time during the festival that they have in thier town. We were completely taken for a ride and now can hardly afford to buy groceries. This company should no longer be allowed to exist.
