Upon paying for 5-7 day expediated service, I was lead to a page gave me a list of things I need to accomplish. When I went to get my money order I realized that I had forgotten who I was to make it out to so I jumped onto the website, behold there is no option to get back to my list page... No login.. Nothing. Since I was in line I called the compliant via 800 number... And when answered they were strangely antagonistic towards ME just for asking who I make the money order to. Granted my phone was breaking up but the was acting like a teenage annoyed with his mother. Really freakin weird. Now I am realizing theres no way for me to get back to that list page and the only access I have to them is through this 800 number... WTF. I also realized I never received a call back when I requested one and also never recieved a confirmation number about my order or any hospitable information regarding the service I get paid for. I am calling my bank and telling them I got scammed and getting my money back i needed this kind of service because it is extremely inconviencent gor me right now to drive 3 hours away for this expiediated service through the government. Now I am out of $200. Thankfully I figured it out before I sent them my information and more money. This needs to stop. MAGA
