I have also been a foolish victim of this web site. Please let me know what happens with the law case that you have filed. They took one week to finally let me know that I was setup to use the website. which by the way was extremely poor and with almost no information at all. No contact numbers, address, names..nothing! I sent them an e-mail requestung my refund and they answered me right the next day....wow...BUT, they just e-mailed me back to tell me that I needed to e-mail somebody else! I did and so far nothing has happened!!! I have sent them 5 e-mails and nothing. I paid 79 dollars and I really want to take this "company" down! Please include me in the case.....DO NOT BUY ANY OF THIS STUFF!

I FILED A COMPLAINT WITH THE BBB, THEY INTURN SENT A LETTER TO US RESELLERS ASKING THEM TO RESPOND TO THE COMPLAINT. THEY HAVE 30 DAYS WHICH ENDED 5/27/03. 5 DAYS BEFORE THE END DATE, THE BBB SENT ME AN EMAIL SUGGESTING THAT I FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THE ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE IN PHOENIX AZ BECAUSE THE BBB HAS ON NUMEROUS OCCASIONS SENT THIS COMPANY COMPLAINT LETTERS AND TO DATE THEY HAVE NEVER RESPONDED TO ANY OF THEM. I CONTACTED THE AG OFFICE VIA THEIR WEBSITE AND OBTAINED A COMPLAINT FORM. I WAS NOTIFIED BY THEM TODAY THAT THEY ARE PURSUING THIS MATTER SINCE THERE HAS BEEN A NUMBER OF COMPLAINTS FILED AGAINST US RESELLERS. THEIR INVESTIGATION TAKES 30 DAYS OR LESS TO COMPLETE. DEPENDING ON WHAT THE OUTCOME IS OF THEIR INVESTIGATION, AND WHAT ACTION THEY CAN OR CANNOT TAKE, I WILL DETERMINE AT THAT TIME WHETHER OR NOT TO FILE LEGAL ACTION. MY CONCERN AT THIS TIME IS, ALL THE INFO THIS COMPANY PROVIDES REGARDING THE BUSINESS IS FALSE, INCLUDING THEIR PHONE # AND THE OWNER. I was also ripped off by this same company. Unlike other people I ordered the software and I received it a few days later. Unfortunately I tried it and they don't respond. If you send in tracking numbers they never respond back to them in the 24 hours they say they will. Luckily I never got any clients I just decided to check it out myself with one of my own packages. I have been emailing them and callin them for over a month to request a refund. They did respond one time and told me to email [email protected] but they never responded either. It's very unfair to people who are just trying to do better for their families for them to take advantage like this. If anyone even you Diane, can help us find out how to take these people please help.

I just put my own ripoff report on this website. I have no idea how to pursue this any further. As in getting my original $79 back. I would like to be included in any legal action that may take place against this company. I really wish i would have seen this site before i sent the orginal check to them. They have now tried to cash it a second time. They have it set up as a monthly charge. Thanks for all the input

I would also like to hear more about this legal action I would be willing to testify. I paid $79 for the cd and info packet and got absolutely nothing in return to U.S. Resellers Refund/Recovery software. I paid through Digichex trusting both them and the software company. Boy, I learned my lesson. I say we go after Digichex also. They won't respond to my e-mails either. U.S. Resellers has bogus addresses, phone #,and associates. Their customer service rep's name is Abbe Sinwell. Get it, Sins Well! We're all a bunch of suckers that didn't do enough research. We should have known that you can not trust anyone these days. One person can ruin it for everyone. Well, someone contact me and let me know if I can be of any further assistance.I also have my own ripoff report.

This is for Diane from Pennsylvania and whoever reads this. I bought the same cd from the same website and they havent returned my money as promised on there website. I was wondering that since you are a lawyer how does a normal guy like me get back at the people that scammed me. What kind of lawsuit or legal ways can I go about this to try to get my money back. Your answer is greatly appreciated.

I am so glad that I found out about this sight. I was just thinking that since you said you are a lawyer by trade, maybe you could help out all of people that have been scammed by zwallet to bring up a class action lawsuit. We all want to and no one knows exactly how to do it. Do a search on this site for zwallet. You will be amazed at what you read. I know that mine is the newest complaint added. I am certainly glad that I did a search on this before spending the money, because I was fixing to.
