US SEARCH RIP OFF! PRODUCED 0 RESULTS! WOULD NOT REFUND AS PER THEIR GUARANTEE! AND LIED! LIED! LIED! ABOUT INFO I WOULD BE RECEIVING FOR MY $64.95! I GOT NOTHING BUT A USELESS BUNCH OF NAMES! Internet
The company USSearch.com charged me 64.95 and promised to return a search on an individual without using the specified information that i gave to live rep over the phone. the return information was for MANY individuals with a common name. useless information that i could not use.
I expressed this complaint to the company and basically was told that they produced the information and that was that! They also apologized saying part of their search mechanism was down and that they wouldnt be able to complete a vital part of the search for about a week! I received useless information but felt comfortable ordering from them because they offer a no results no charge guarantee!
I have been ripped-off and lied to by this company!
