It's called freedom of speech. You can rant and rave all you want. But Puerto Ricans don't need green cards and they are American citizens just like trashy people who show their ignorance by posting stupid statements.

The OP of this really needs to brush up on history. Puerto Ricans are considered citizens of the U.S. They do not need green cards.
