us-uggoutlet9 - us-uggoutlet9.com Sells fake UGGS, advetise as Genuine..FAKE FAKE Internet
I purchased a pair of UGG Boots online at http://www.us-uggoutlet9.com. The store advertised Geniune UGGS at discount prices. Upon receiving my boots I immediatly noticed that the UGGS were fakes, the shipskin was faux and inside the tag said made in China. I then noticed that the boots I ordered were pictured with no stitching, this model had a different item number then a pair pictured with stichting down the back. I contacted http://www.us-uggoutlet9.com via email, the only way to get in touch with them. I explained I received the wrong boots and that the boots were clearly not geniune UGGS and thus I wanted a refund since the website advertised Geniune UGGS. They explained that I did recive the correct boots but that the picture did not show the stitching. Further they went into a long explination explaing that the UGGS were real just made a different levels, I recieved level A not A+. This was absurd, to make a long story short, after months of emailing they refuse to give me a refund asking me to sell the boots or give the as a gift. I have given them every opportunity to fix the issue, simply requesting a refund, I even offered to keep them at a discounted price, however they claim that a refund would cause them lose to much money, again insisting I sell the or give them away. I have no choice but to keep these very poor UGG reporductions. This is a Warning do not buy from this company, the products are fake and the customer service is non exsistant.
